Don't have an at-home gym? Sometimes, all you need is a little room and your own body. While we can recommend at-home equipment, we are prepared to train with just your bodyweight and common household items - don't sweat it!

Virtual personal training is on the rise, and a service Embrace Personal Training is proud to offer. Virtual sessions take place over FaceTime and last one hour, like in-person sessions. These are a wonderful option for anyone wanting to introduce movement, but comfortable without a trainer standing by them, making hands-on form adjustments, and setting up equipment.
