Sarah's goal as a trainer is to help people find joy through movement. She is aligned with Intuitive Eating and intuitive exercise, which advocate for listening to internal cues instead of external metrics. As a trainer Sarah encourages people to experience new things, modify exercises to feel best for them, and measure progress by listening to how they feel. Her training style emphasizes physical and emotional feelings instead of traditional numbers and weights.
Sarah began regular yoga practice and strength training as a teen and has fallen more in love with each of them over the years. She studied engineering at The Cooper Union and is now finishing her BS in Business Administration. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is currently progressing toward her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance.
